26. Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. 27. So God created man in his own image in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

Did you ever wonder what happened before the earth was created? Where was God? Where was his house, his backyard and his tool shed? Ever wonder about things like that? I do. I think about God having so much time and power and infinite wisdom that in it all he was lonely. He had a dream and a plan to make it all come true and make it all happen. He wanted to create and implant his creative drive (the Holy Spirit) so that he could watch and experience something that was birth by him but flourished by you, combined bringing about something he can experience, something he never seen before produced by you. If you are a singer? Sing a song, that he made just for you,so he can hear it for the first time. If you dance, dance a dance that he never experienced seeing before because there is only one of you. Play an instrument or preach a sermon, or write a book, or teach a student, and I can go on, you get the picture.
I was thinking in my mind God was yearning and aching to do something that would show off who he is. Something he never heard, or seen but in great anticipation of discovering something he knew he would enjoy. I can just imagine it now. He was relaxing and wanted to be in good company, I think he wanted to share and mingle in a way and not be lonely. He may have fallin into a sleep and had a dream and it was to create us. To create you. H e dreamed of you! And me!! Everyone of us are uniquely, fearfully and wonderfully made.
14. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it well.

I think I can say if I seen his dream it may have gone something like this. He reached into his heart and made a copy and reached into his mind and grab a portion. He dreamed up your face and imagined your hair and seen your future and wrote out the plan. He is so excited to see you grow and to see you discover what he knows you can do. And to do it with the intent to connect with your brothers and sisters. To help the ones who are left behind and help them do what they are called to do. To love like our daddy and to live life to the fullest.
So when you discover you were made by God and you have his DNA, you realize there is a home and a planned out destiny. And when God sings this song to you, you will be able to hear it. I know it is a women singing it but please search deep and listen and if you listen carefully you will hear God singing this to you.
